Postpartum Nutrition Education
Nourish to Thrive is our Virtual Postpartum Nutrition Course
Empowering pregnant women, new moms and their supporters to heal, restore and nourish…body, mind and home.
This 6-week virtual course teaches how to eat well, recover strong and stretch every dollar, especially during times of food insecurity or reduced benefits.
Why is postpartum nutrition important?!
Because postpartum recovery is about more than rest…it's about nourishment.
The first few months after birth are some of the most transformative and challenging times of life. Between sleepless nights, shifting hormones and financial strain, nutrition often becomes the first thing to fall through the cracks.
With the recent pause to SNAP benefits in Pennsylvania, many families are finding it even harder to afford healthy, healing meals. That’s why we created this course, to equip postpartum parents with the tools, knowledge and community they need to recover, eat well and thrive no matter their circumstances.
