DIY Organic Elderberry Syrup Herb Kit
This DIY Organic Elderberry Syrup kit includes everything you need to make this wellness staple with ease!
Our DIY kit is packed with immune boosting herbs, spices and berries, that can be used to brew approximately 50 ounces of Elderberry Syrup!
Simply pour the contents of the jar into the Brew Bag, steep in water, add some raw local honey and viola! You’ve got ample Elderberry Syrup to last you through the season!
Store prepared syrup in the refrigerator for 2-3 months in airtight jar
Directions:
- bring 4 cups of water to a boil
-pour the contents of the Elderberry Syrup Kit into the included (reusable) brew bag & tie closed
-add brew bag to water and bring to boil
-reduce & simmer for 40 minutes or until it’s a thick consistency with deep red color
-remove from heat & allow to cool completely
-add 1-2 cups of local raw honey
Recommended Dosage:
1 tsp per day for children 1-12 years old
1 tbsp per day for adults
*take twice per day if sick*
